Margaret Mateyaschuk

Margaret specializes in the sale of residential homes on the North Shore of Long Island and has consistently achieved placement as an award winning top producer in the Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty since joining the firm twenty-one years ago. Licensed since 1985, and credited with over 300+ transactions she is involved in marketing and selling properties, land sub-division, planning stage, working with builders, local building inspectors, zoning boards and planning boards. Sales Manager of Locust Valley and Piping Rock Division, she continues to be a top producer company wide along with her management skills and training of agents. Margaret served on the Long Island Board of Realtors as Treasurer from 1993-1996. In 1996 she received the Distinguished Service Award from Nassau North Shore Chapter.
